How to suspend emails to a specific customer

To suspend emails related to a specific customer/order you must follow the steps bellow :

  1. Go to the orders page.
  2. in the quick find box type the order id or the customer name that you want to suspend.
  3. When you find customer you want to suspend click on the "Eye" link to view the order's details.
  4. you will find a list of emails sent/pending related to that order, right bellow it you will find a button "Force UnSubscribe".
  5. click on "Force UnSubscribe" and a confirmation box will come , confirm it and you are done .

ps:when you suspend emails to a specific customer only emails on pending will be suspended.
